What is the return/refund policy?

- If you have received a damaged item, please email us at or, you can contact us on our website’s chat widget by sending over the order number and picture of the product. We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if the package was undeliverable due to incorrect information supplied on your behalf during the check-out process and/or failure to adhere to shipping terms of adult signature required.
- On the occasion members receive the wrong product, we will send over the correct product at no-charge to the customer.
