What if I miss my order?Updated a year ago
- GLS will continuously make an effort to make sure your beers are delivered to you. However, if an order is missed, please contact GLS so they can help you get the beers to you at your convenience. Please refer to (https://www.gls-us.com/services/serviceguarantee) or contact them at (1-800-322-5555) for more information.
- If your order is returned to us after GLS has exhausted all of their delivery attempts (either due to failure to receive an adult signature, incorrect address, etc.), your order will consequently be refunded to you, minus the $30 shipping and handling fee. Once returned, you will have to place a new order in order for another delivery attempt to be made.
