How can I make an edit to an order that’s already been placed?Updated a year ago
Please send us an email to [email protected] or leave us a message on the chat widget, and we will do our best to make the adjustments. However, if it is past the order deadline (currently Monday and Thursday 12:00pm PST), we may not be able to adjust your order.
Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, there will be an $20 processing fee that will be charged for making any adjustments to your delivery address.
